WHAT CAN BE INCLUDED

✓ Design - an overview of the look and feel with a style board sent through.

✓ Quote - organise quotations based on the approved design.

✓ Coordinate - work out the logistics of all of the elements and make sure everything is picked up, printed and ready to go.

Locations

Below is a list of just some of the locations that I’ve worked at and some examples of what we did for the couple as you can see each is very different which is why we ask to provide a personalised quote for each couple -

• Glasshaus Inside - setting up DIY place cards, organising candles to match their colour theme, designing and printing of seating chart, welcome sign and bar sign.
• Jackalope - this included organising linen hire for tables and napkin hire. Then complete the table set up along with the venue and florist
• Port Phillip Estate - stationery design and set up, organising napkin hire, guest book and wishing well area.
• The Baths Sorrento - included stationery design & print - welcome sign, seating chart, guest book area, candle sourcing, holders provided by us, napkins provided by the couple, favours - all set up on the day
• Flowerdale Estate - we no longer travel this far for set up but to give you an idea of what we can do - sourced glassware, napkins, table runners, candle holders, vases, and neon to match with their design
• The Prince Deck - included table numbers, place cards, bar menu
• Gardens House - we’ve worked there several times and provided place cards, menus, welcome signs and bar signs
